- Provide support to our seniors to ensure their well-being through activities such as bathing, dressing, assisting with transfers.
- Utilize interpersonal skills to develop relationships with residents and support their emotional needs
- Follow protocols to assist in developing and implementing individual care plans
- Observe, document, and report any changes in the condition or behavior of residents
- Center activity and acknowledge their needs in an appropriate manner
- Promote general wellness and safety on a daily basis
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Sound understanding of elderly well-being and care requirements
- Ability to observe, assess, and document medical conditions
- Good communication skills and the ability to connect with seniors
- Patient, caring, and empathetic attitude

Lantern Crest Senior Living is looking for talented and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Santee, CA. The Caregiver is an individual contributor role responsible for providing specialized care to seniors in our care center.
This position will provide direct support to our residents in all aspects of their day-to-day living and be an integral part of the medical and healthcare team.
