- To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the bar.
- Assist in setting up bar to included; unlocking liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnish set-up.
- Accept drink orders from food and beverage servers in proper calling order to keep service bar at optimum levelof service for our guest. Observe the 10 second rule.
- Red-line all drink orders, checking for correct number of drinks and correct pricing. No drinks to be madewithout pre-rung guest check.
- All cocktails are to be made in accordance with the company standard recipes and using the standard jigger atall times.
- Service guests and team members promptly, hospitably and efficiently.
Qualifications: - Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
- Able and willing to perform basic cleaning duties.
- Technical beverage knowledge and expertise.
- Guest-focused personality.
- Good physical health.
- Self-starting individual.
- Has a cool, organized disposition.
- Honest.
- Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English).
