    Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect

    Duration: 6-month contract This position has the opportunity for an extension or FTE

    Location: Tualatin, OR (Hybrid/ Remote)

    The role of Senior Solutions Architect entails joining the Customer Application team to design, implement, and optimize contact center solutions for our clients. This position plays a critical role in developing architecture solutions aligned with enterprise standards, focusing on leveraging Cisco WxCCE and other cloud platforms. Responsibilities include technical planning, solution design, and developing a technology roadmap for the future.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Design end-to-end contact center solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.

    Provide guidance to teams and managed services vendors, ensuring alignment with architectural.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.

    Evaluate and recommend contact center technologies that align with business goals and industry standards.

    Define integration strategies and oversee the integration of contact center solutions with enterprise applications.

    Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows to enhance contact center performance.

    Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.

    Create technical documentation and training materials for internal teams and clients.

    Stay updated with industry trends and recommend enhancements to existing systems and processes.

    Position Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

    Certifications such as Cisco Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous.

    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

    Proven experience as a Senior Solutions Architect or Technical Lead in contact center solutions.

    Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, including IVR systems, ACD systems, and CTI integrations.

    Experience with contact center platforms such as Cisco or similar.

    Proficiency in cloud-based contact center solutions like Cisco Cloud, AWS Connect, or Genesys Cloud.

    Expertise in designing scalable and resilient architectures.

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
