    About the role

    We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing simulation software used to evaluate real world vehicles. This position will help the team execute effectively through technical guidance, careful prioritization and using best practices for simulation software systems.

    • Manage a team of talented software engineers working together on exciting autonomy projects
    • Ensure your team delivers high quality software that can fulfill the project requirements
    • Manage and track multiple priorities while maintaining a focus towards common project goals
    • Work closely with partners to ensure success on project milestones
    We're looking for someone who has:
    • MSc in computer science, mechanical engineering or related fields from a top institution
    • 4+ years of industry experience in software engineering
    • 2+ years of experience in leading teams with varied backgrounds
    • Experience with the Mechanical Simulation products. CarSim, TruckSim and BikeSim
    • Experience with building and deploying simulation software to both SIL and HIL environments
    Nice to have:
    • PhD in computer or mechanical engineering field
    • Hands-on experience in working with vehicle dynamics software for production vehicles
