    A client is seeking a Patient Coordinator in the greater Livingston, NJ area.

    This person will be on a team of customer service and patient coordinators and will be working in a corporate office environment.

    This is a hybrid role.

    This person will be communicating with clients, IVF centers, doctors, staff members and patients in a compassionate and professional manner.

    They must also be careful listeners, comfortable building relationships, able to resolve conflict, focused on team work and HIPPA compliance.

    This person will also monitor delivery of services by answering incoming emails and phone calls and delegating them to the correct individuals and departments.

    They will work within a CRM, excel, and other internal databases and must be able to work alongside billing. The hours are 10-6:30pm with remote flexibility.

    . Required Skills & ExperienceComfortable working in a demanding, high-pressure environment
    • Extremely detail oriented Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
    • Experience within the medical/healthcare field: call center environment preferred
    • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook-Ability to multi task
    • HS Degree or higher Nice to Have Skills & Experience
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
