    2nd Shift Onsite Supervisor
    Hours: 4pm-12am or 3pm-11pm Mon-FriLocation: Greensboro, NC
    Job Summary:
    Under minimal supervision and with reasonable accommodation if required, the Onsite Manager is responsible for working at a particular client(s) location and ensures the best possible and safest provision of temporary employee and related services through direct supervision and management of subordinate onsite supervisors and recruiters. Maintains adherence at all times with GPS and client policies, industry best practices, and OSHA/legal compliance requirements Duties:
    1. Ultimate responsibility for client relationship.
    2. Supervise onsite staff to include training, day-to-day management, and compliance with client and GPS procedures (e.g. drug screens, background checks, non-disclosure agreements)
    3. Direct responsibility for filling client roster needs on a weekly basis.
    4. Ensure that the weekly "onsite checklist" is properly completed and turned in to GPS management
    5. Responsibility for tracking/enforcing attendance policy and attendance bonus program (where applicable)
    6. Attend Tier II meetings either in-person or ensure coverage by other GPS onsite personnel; visit all locations at least 2-3 times per week.
    7. Track weekly applicant flow
    8. Communicate priorities to GPS management so additional recruiting support can be offered from Greensboro office
    9. Responsible for representing GPS during weekly supplier calls with Ennis management and sending weekly dashboard reports
    10. Ensure the safety and well-being of all temporary employees and, to the extent possible, partner/client employees.
    11. Identifying qualified temporary employees through sourcing, recruiting and interviewing to create a candidate pipeline to meet current and future client demand
    12. Building relationships with client managers, supervisors, and staff to gain knowledge of their business model and manage staffing levels.
    13. Supervise check-in and onboarding of new temporary employees, including orientation, training, timekeeping requirements, and provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
    14. Track employee attendance, absence/time-off requests, and complete/report weekly, monthly, and YTD KPI's (attendance, turnover, safety) and report to GPS and client.
    15. Verify new and existing employees properly "punch" time clock and obtain approval for any time adjustments ("missed punches"), and run weekly hours report for payroll.
    16. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on employees/applicants using company tracking system.
    17. Investigate Workers' Compensation and other employee claims, obtain statements and complete reports.
    18. Monitor temporary workforce for compliance with all GPS and client safety rules and programs, including wearing of required PPE.
    19. Support GPS Human Resources and benefit programs as required.
    20. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to advise client on aspects of temporary staffing and additional areas for partnership/synergy.
    21. Perform other duties as directed by GPS management.

    6. Proficiency in utilizing MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    7. Professional demeanor
    Requirements:
    1. Associates degree and 2+ years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehousing or staffing environment; or H.S. Diploma and 5 years' experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    2. Ability to pass stringent background and drug screen requirements.
    Physical Demands/Work Environment:
    1. While performing the duties of this job employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear and frequently required to feel, touch and keyboard.
    2. Work will be performed in a manufacturing environment
    3. Work may be performed in a high heat environment
