    In this role you will be responsible for leading several Warranty Administrators while providing guidance and support for the warranty process for several locations, submitting paperwork to the manufacturer, and tracking requests to ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work done.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Hold an active role in submitting pre-authorizations and claims.
    • Assist Warranty Administrator team in coordination of their daily workload.
    • Track work order statuses and ensure they are being submitted and claimed in a timely manner.
    • Identify areas of training needs and communicate with Regional Warranty Manager.
    • Assist with training new Warranty Administrators on the warranty process and Warranty Provider websites.
    • Assist with any escalated denials as needed.
    • Check Unclaimed Warranty for each location daily and ensure prompt resolution.
    • Verify Warranty Claim manager weekly for all completed claims. This includes checking for feedback, part returns, recoup for denials, and overage or shortage review and escalation.
    • Coordinate with locations to purge parts from warranty part returns monthly.
    • Report any warranty challenges to the Regional Warranty Manager.
    • Connect with Service Managers in locations to build report and solicit feedback on warranty process.
    • Uphold yourself, Warranty Administrators and locations to Blue Compass standard of excellence, core values and culture.
