Operations in charge of materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing setting. Includes warehousing, fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management, as well as demand, supply, and manufacturing planning.
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor leads a team, ensuring pick, pack, and ship tasks are safe, efficient, and high quality. Responsible for day or night shifts, continuously monitoring efficiency and quality metrics, assigning work, providing coaching, and addressing operational issues. Contributes to Cardinal Health's customer service reputation, ensuring on-time and high-quality shipments, developing talent, and enhancing operational excellence.
Anticipated salary range: $65,500-$93,500
