    Job DescriptionConnections in Ohio, Inc. is a growing company that has been providing community supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings, for over 26 years. We are seeking a highly organized problem solver for a great opportunity We are hiring a Clinical Director to support our teams within the areas of all Clinical oversight, medication management, medical appointments, and the health and safety of the individual we serve. This person must also be able to demonstrate and develop good habits in job completion, proactive system creation and show an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    This position does require flexible availability, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to work within a team.

    This is a full-time position, starting salary at 65,000 per year. Connections offers competitive wages, generous paid leave, outstanding health benefits and a 401k plan.

    Position Description:
    The Clinical Director is responsible for oversight to all consumer health-related systems, services and processes for Connections in Ohio, Inc. and supervises a team of Clinical Assistants, and nurses.

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Provide oversight to all medication related processes, including electronic medication records, client physician appointment scheduling.
    2. Ensures clinical compliances with federal, state, county and local regulations, mandates, and program guidelines.
    3. Ensure team of Clinical Assistants and RNs are performing all required functions efficiently and effectively.
    4. Assist with developing and implementing health-related goals and outcomes for clients as needed.
    5. Maintain a solid rotation of home visits and reporting, provide timely and accurate data to relevant parties throughout the company.

    Qualifications:
    1. A 4-year BA or BS undergraduate degree in a health-related field preferred, licensed specialty degree in health-related discipline a plus.
    2. An ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
    3. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing medication related systems for individuals with developmental disabilities.
    4. A valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less
    5. A safe, reliable vehicle coupled with state minimum required auto insurance covering that specific vehicle.
