    BiltWise Structures, LLC is a systems built housing company based out of Greenwood, SC. We build modular houses in a factory setting.     We are working on opening our second location here in Roswell, NM. We are an organization run by modular industry veterans, and we make a high end, versatile, quality product. The Sales Coordinator at the Roswell location will report to our Presidents both in New Mexico and South Carolina, all South Carolina sales reps, and our Engineering Manager.

    Title:

    Sales Coordinator

    Reports To:

    President, Sales Reps, Engineering Manager

    Purpose:

    Streamline sales processes, collect and distribute necessary information for sales to be pushed through the funnel, create a consistent and timely flow of communication, and assist in completion of sales. Implementing BiltWise sales processes not yet established in New Mexico.

    Business Outcomes:

    • Communication to the South Carolina plant is smooth & seamless
    • Systems are successfully organized and executed here in Roswell, following the blueprint of the South Carolina plant

    Essential Functions:

    1. Day to day management: Answering phone calls. Pricing houses. Communicating change orders. Re-pricing change orders. Plant tours. Direct relationships with the builder network. Maintaining builder relationships and establishing new ones.
    1. Reporting to South Carolina Plant: The sales coordinator will need to understand the relationship with the South Carolina plant. SC and its managers are over the sales process and builds, it will be of the utmost importance to keep streamlined communication with them.
    1. Appointment Setting: Sets appointments for new builders and prospects to come to the plant. Organizes and guides tours. Knows how to scout qualified prospects. Answers questions that come up on these tours as they relate to our product and industry.
    1. Costing & Change Orders: The sales coordinator will be responsible for costing and change orders. When something needs to be changed about a build, they will price that into the project and gets the appropriate approvals on all ends.

    This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and other responsibilities will come to this position as we see fit. This is a start-up, and the person in this position can expect to wear many hats.

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    • Good organizational and planning skills
    • Good verbal and written communications skills
    • Outgoing individual who enjoys interpersonal interaction
    • Proficient with spreadsheets and mathematical calculations
    • Experience with construction in some capacity
    • Experience with sales in some capacity
    • Ability to report regularly to senior management who will not be on site

    Education & Experience:

    • 3-5 years experience in sales, construction, advertising, or related field
    • Bilingual a plus
    • Experience with maintaining a company email address and LinkedIn account
