- Assist in gathering and coordinating data to complete external surveys for publications with members of the university community.
- Preparation and dissemination of reports and data requests and presentations as needed.
- Support in maintaining Institutional Research's website; upload reports and documents as necessary.
- Assist with our front desk including answering the phone/taking messages and other necessary tasks that help the office run smoothly.
- Filing, scanning, and other office duties as assigned.
- Support University-wide initiatives in the maintenance of the Integrity of University Data.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative office (or equivalent)
- A high degree of competency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must have great attention to detail; good organizational skills; verbal and written communication skills; ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously and strong follow-through skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
