CORE - Per Diem Urologist

As a per diem urologist with Exeter Health Resources, you will provide medical services within the scope of licensing, training, credentialing and current standards of care and quality.

Requirements:

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical college/university is required.
• You must be currently board certified/eligible in specialty, obtaining certification within three years of graduation if newly graduated from residency.
• A successful completion of internship, residency and fellowship is also necessary.
• An unrestricted license to practice within New Hampshire is essential. A DEA certificate without restriction is also mandatory along with CPR/AED certification obtained within six months after hiring.

Major Responsibilities:

1.
