- A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical college/university is required.
- You must be currently board certified/eligible in specialty, obtaining certification within three years of graduation if newly graduated from residency.
- A successful completion of internship, residency and fellowship is also necessary.
- An unrestricted license to practice within New Hampshire is essential. A DEA certificate without restriction is also mandatory along with CPR/AED certification obtained within six months after hiring. li>
