    Leveraging strong interpersonal and business acumen skills, along with expertise in data analysis and Power BI, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and improve revenue and operational efficiency.


    Responsibilities:

    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders including executives, managers, sales force, and end-users to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
    Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate open communication and ensure their requirements are accurately captured and addressed.


    Requirements Elicitation:
    Conduct meetings, workshops, interviews, and group sessions to elicit and clarify business requirements.
    Utilize various techniques, such as brainstorming, use case analysis, and process modeling, to uncover stakeholder needs and preferences.


    Data Collection and Preparation:
    Gather data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
    Clean, transform, and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis.


    Data Analysis and Visualization:
    Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create visually compelling dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations.
    Perform in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    Interpret data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.


    Insight Generation:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
    Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
    Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvement through data analysis.


    Qualifications:


    Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a strong focus on business data visualization.

    Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI including Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and Power Query features.
    Solid understanding of data management principles and SQL.Experience with cloud platforms including Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lakes.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
