Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Sales Representative. As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our products to potential customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering customer inquiries, assisting with product selection, processing orders, and participating in sales promotions. This role will be primarily based in Maryville, TN, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not needed
