    Description

    A well-established profitable, privately held Architectural firm with an eye towards significant growth has an Architect/ Project Manager role available. As the Project Manager you will manage large client's with strong communication and listening skills. Oversee design, project staff and final outcome of your clients vision.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage large clients with multiple ongoing projects, demonstrating strong communication and listening skills.
    • Lead project teams with a focus on building confidence, enhancing efficiency, and promoting the growth of team members.
    • Coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, consultants, and builders throughout all project phases.
    • Inspire a proactive and collaborative approach, emphasizing teamwork and a commitment to excellence.
    • Demonstrate a profound understanding of building codes, industry practices, construction sequencing, and constructability.
    • Ensure alignment with design intent, client goals, and mission while adhering to project schedules and budgets.
    • Lead and actively participate in research, design studies, and the preparation of drawings, project manuals, and specifications.
    • Take responsibility for the production and quality of all contract documents throughout project phases.
    Qualifications:
    • Thoughtful communicator and problem solver.
    • Creative collaborator with design and environmental sensitivity.
    • Passionate about architectural detailing and construction.
    • Efficient and organized manager of time and resources.
    • Proactive leader with a commitment to team development.
    • Licensed or currently on the licensure track.
