    As an Auto Glass Technician Trainee with Safelite, you'll be trained to install and repair auto glass, recalibrate car safety systems, and provide exceptional customer service. You'll receive hands-on training and classroom instruction, including the latest techniques and tools.

    This is a unique opportunity to start a new career and invest in your future. Our 3-month paid training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a certified technician.

    You'll have the chance to advance your career and earn competitive pay, starting at $21.75/hour and increasing to $27.12/hour after training and certification. With opportunities to earn up to $32.05/hour as a Senior Tech and up to $34.37/hour as a Master Tech, you'll have the potential to increase your earning potential significantly.

    In addition to competitive pay, you'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, valued at more than $10k*, which includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical plans, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Install and repair auto glass
    • Recalibrate automotive safety systems
    • Provide additional services and products
    • Safely operate a company vehicle and company-issued tools

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Valid state-issued driver's license required
    • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
    • Ability to work scheduled days with flexibility to accommodate customer needs
    • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
