    Concierge Primary Care Opportunity

    This concierge primary care role offers the chance to slow medicine down and practice it the way you always intended.

    With a small daily patient volume, strong clinical support, and meaningful earning potential, this opportunity is ideal for a primary care physician seeking longevity, balance, and professional satisfaction in a coastal setting.

    Practice Overview

    Join a respected concierge practice with a patient-first, relationship-driven model
    Average of 5 to 6 patients per day, with tele-visits incorporated as needed
    Supported by a dedicated team including one RN, one MA, and front office staff
    Light call schedule with a 1:4 rotation
    Practice structure designed to support continuity and personalized care
    Schedule

    Flexible scheduling tailored to physician preferences and work-life balance
    Primarily an outpatient clinic with occasional inpatient rounding
    Minimal weekend responsibilities
    Telemedicine options available for added flexibility
    Compensation & Benefits

    Year one base salary of $250,000 with bonus potential up to $50,000
    Long-term earning potential exceeding $500,000 as panel size matures
    Comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, 401(k), and CME allowance
    Relocation assistance and malpractice coverage provided
    Candidate Profile

    Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
    Open to physicians at all career stages, with subspecialty training welcomed
