    Job DescriptionQUALIFICATIONS
    • Must have a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, special education, early childhood education, secondary education or criminal justice.
    • 2 years experience working in Mental Health Rehabilitation
    • Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
    • CPR and First Aid Training
    • Valid Driver's License

    RESPONSIBILITES
    • Maintain day to day operations of front office
    • Fax and enter new authorizations
    • Maintain and update client contact logs
    • Participate in completing MCO's audits
    • Maintain and update client rosters
    • Participate in new hire orientations and trainings
    • Ensure that CARF regulations and protocols are followed.
    • Ensure that DHH and LDH regulations and protocols are followed by agency and staff.
    • Data entry, copying and faxing
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Proficient in word, excel, power point, and google documents.
    • Provide support to the clinical team
    • Answer incoming calls and voicemails
    • Compose outgoing emails

    SCHEDULE- This is a PART-TIME work week (28 hours)
    • Monday 8:45 am to 3:15 pm
    • Tuesday 8 am to 3:15 pm
    • Wednesday 8:45 to 3:15 pm
    • Thursday 8:45 to 3:15 pm
    • Friday 8:45 to 12:15 pm

    $14.50 TO $15.00
