    About the Role:


    As a Senior Learning Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs within the Hims and Hers Fulfillment organization.

    You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, create training strategies, and execute initiatives that enhance associate performance, engagement, and professional growth.

    The Senior Learning Manager is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of learning methodologies, instructional design, and talent development practices.


    You Will:

    Learning Strategy Development:
    Develop and execute a learning and development strategy for Hims Fulfillment and Pharmacy utilizing TWI methodology.

    Program Design and Delivery:
    Design and deliver impactful learning experiences, including instructor-led training, train-the-trainer, e-learning modules and other relevant formats.

    Learning Technology Management:
    Implement learning management systems (LMS) or other technology platforms to support the delivery and tracking of learning initiatives. Leverage technology to enhance the learning experience and enable self-directed learning opportunities.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Collaborate with Ops leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, gather content, and align learning initiatives with organizational priorities.

    Build relationships and influence stakeholders to ensure support and engagement in learning programs.

    Performance Evaluation:
    Develop metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs. Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve and refine learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes and business objectives.

    Talent Development:
    Create and implement career development programs that support employee growth and succession planning. Identify high-potential employees and provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.

    You Have:

    8-10 years of leading operations/learning development in dynamic environments

    BA is required, MBA preferred

    Experience working with TWI methodology

    Excellent communications skills both verbal and written

    Strong prioritization and time management skills with attention to detail

    Proficient knowledge of computers and applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs and Gmail

    Travel Required: 30%

    Conditions of Employment:


    This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs.

    These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.


    This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).

    Physical exertion required.

    Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift.

    Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.


    Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.
