    Description

    Job Opportunity: Behavior Analyst at Alight Behavioral

    Alight Behavioral is dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children diagnosed with autism. Currently, we are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to supervise in-home ABA therapy cases. We are in search of highly motivated, skilled professionals to join our team and make a difference.

    Responsibilities:
    - Conducting behavioral assessments to address individual needs of those with behavioral health concerns
    - Creating and executing personalized behavior intervention plans
    - Providing supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff
    - Collaborating with families, caregivers, and professionals for coordinated care
    - Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records following HIPAA regulations
    - Keeping updated on the latest research and best practices in behavioral therapy

    Requirements:
    - Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    - Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education or applied behavior analysis
    - Prior experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral health conditions
    - Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation standards
    - Thorough understanding of special education laws and regulations
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
