- Manage 4-6 direct reports in the maintenance, support and improvement of mill equipment.
- Ensure availability and reliability of machinery and equipment in an OSHA compliant environment.
- Effectively lead and mange individual and team performance.
- Manage budgets for assigned projects.
- Manage Shutdown Planning and Execution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or High School Diploma or GED AND 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of Supervisor or Lead experience in Maintenance or Engineering (in a Manufacturing or Chemical company preferred).
- Experience with and ability to work in a 24/7 operation.
- Ability to multi-task and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job DescriptionClarenity Talent is seeking a LeadMaintenance Supervisor for a global Consumer Packaging company for their one of their mills in Stevenson, Alabama which is about 45 minutes to 1 hour from Chattanooga, TN and Huntsville, AL. This is an onsite position, supervising 3-4 supervisors and an assistant superintendent and is a player/coach, hands-on mechanical engineering role with 'office and on-the-floor' responsibilities.
