Requirements and announcements:
Prior experience in companies such as McDonald's, Starbucks, Wendy's, Burger King, Panera, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Five Guys, Target, Best Buy, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Smoothie King, Pollo Tropical, Publix, etc., are preferred but not required.
The right candidate is trustworthy, hard-working, responsible, energetic, teachable, and a team player.

MUST BE 18 years or older.

*All new Kitchen Employees will start at $13 for first 2-weeks of training. Then move on to $15 if full-time or $14 if part-time.

Requirements

Must be available Full-time. If not, starting salary is $14 after 2 week training
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a source of reliable transportation
Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
Must be an energetic individual that can work in a fast-paced environment.
Mobility required during shifts
Must work well under pressure
Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
Must be available Friday nights.
Must be fully available on Saturday.

Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we filet it and bread it by hand in our restaurants.
