Job summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.Duties include assisting customers with questions and recommendations managing sales transactions maintaining security of cash protecting company assets keeping stores well stocked receiving merchandise ensuring positive safe respectful environments while maintaining professional friendly interactions with customers associates leaders
Skills And Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery or drug store environment highly preferred Ability to follow instructions interpret operational documents required Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs meet demands of frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting Excellent customer service relationship management skills required Strong organizational communication problem-solving decision-making skills required
