Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is a critical access hospital dedicated to delivering top-notch healthcare services to residents in Crawford, Franklin, and Washington counties.
The hospital has broadened its healthcare offerings to the Sullivan community by introducing a modern emergency department, advanced childbirth center, critical care unit, surgical suite, expanded cardiac rehab services, and a cancer center. Moreover, a 22,500 square-foot medical office complex accommodates primary care physicians and visiting medical specialists.
Operating numerous rural health clinics, Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital ensures that quality healthcare is accessible to nearby communities. The hospital also houses a Therapy and Rehabilitation department as well as an acclaimed Wound Care Center equipped with hyperbaric chambers.
The Medical/Surgical Department is a 34-bed unit providing comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring medical, surgical, and telemetry services, including urology, cardiac, and pediatric care.
Role Overview
The Graduate Nurse delivers direct patient care, overseeing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation following nursing standards. Licensure is mandatory within 90 days of graduating from an accredited nursing school to continue employment at an HSO in Missouri.
