Lochner - learn more about usYour impact: Responsible for the development of highway and interstate bridge design projects for INDOT (and other DOT clients) in accordance with state and local agency requirements.
Direct and/or perform structural engineering calculations from preliminary to final design.Direct and/or develop plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates (PS&E).Coordinate with project staff, other disciplines and sub-consultants, Department, and reviewers to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
Manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting project schedules, budgets, and scopeAttends on-site and off-site client meetings throughout IndianaWho you are:BSCE is required, MSCE is a plusIndiana PE or ability to obtain one within 6 months is requiredMust be in Indiana or willing to relocate within 6 months6+ years of DOT bridge design experience with preventative maintenance, rehabilitation and reconstruction of existing steel and concrete bridges and plan preparation is required.
