Title: Process Improvement Analyst

Location: Hybrid - 2 days on campus Can report to Pesnacola, FL or Vienna, VA Shift (Time): 8 430

Duration: Initial 6 months with extensions

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or or Authorized to work in US

Specific Requirements: Obtains and leverages quantitative and qualitative data, while performing process analysis to identify waste removal opportunities, in an effort to recommend solutions and promote data driven decisions

Conduct impact analysis, process mapping, and identification of non-value add processes, to formulate optimal recommendations

Assists/collaborates with the functional areas to develop and maintain performance measurement, methods , methods and targets

Actively participate and contribute to the implementation of the business units strategic plan that supports and aligns with corporate and departmental goals.

Identify and define project scope, stakeholders, resources, and constraints to ensure effective execution and recommendations.

Collaborate with various levels of staff on projects to optimize work processes with measurable impacts.

Analyze processes and workflows to understand value chain, input/output, to improve or automate business performance.
