    Tax Analyst:
    Workday is looking for a Global Mobility Tax Analyst for the Global Payroll, Mobility, and Advisory organization.

    The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a great communicator and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast paced environment.

    The Global Mobility Tax Analyst will be primarily responsible for operations within Workday's global mobility and business traveler programs. This role is to backfill a workmate on leave and is not expected to convert to FTE.

    Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:

    Track and review shadow payroll for multiple countries
    Initiate expat related tax and payroll payment requests and review payroll outputs for accurate and compliant reporting
    Track and tax equalization (TEQ) payments and collections
    Compile expat home country payroll data and transmit to third party vendor
    Verify/reconcile assignment data with HR and vendor
    Verify/reconcile expat relocation benefits files for payroll reporting and gross up calculations
    Verify/reconcile mobility reporting and provide to accounting for accruals and cross charge
    Assist with business travel program (collecting data, coordination of processing with payroll)
    Assist with ad-hoc requests related to expats, business travelers and payroll tax compliance
    Maintain good cross-functional relationships

    Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:

    5 years combined experience in some of the following areas: global mobility, expat income tax, US and international payroll & tax compliance
    Demonstrates knowledge of tax rules and filing requirements within US and internationally
    Bachelor's degree in business or related field desired
    Strong analytical, organizational and research skills
    Strong Excel skills
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills


    Pay Range:
    $44.00- $55.17/hour
