- Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
- Shampoo carpets
- Strip and wax floors
- Machine scrub floors
- Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Follow assigned work schedules and routes as directed. Report any barriers.
- Provides leadership and direction to team members.
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
- Reports damaged, broken and out of work features/items
- Oversee and perform additional service requests in assigned building
- Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager.
- Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
- Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
- Manage the company's quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings.
- Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings.
- Track all work through company's work order application.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned - Job duties may be modified at any time.
- Drive his own vehicle
- Have a valid driver's license
- English and Spanish
- Able to lift to 50 lbs
