    Description
    Will work with Dept
    of Navy (DON) stakeholders (PEO Digital, NNWC, etc.) providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for Dell networking support for Azure HCI capability across DON landscape (ashore, afloat, CONUS, OCONUS)
    This role requires a working knowledge of Dell networking Azure Stack HCI technologies

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Provide services for Dell Azure Stack HCI platform, perform assigned O&M tasks (e.g., install security patches/updates, plan and perform HW/SW upgrades, troubleshoot issues, etc.), report task progress, provide feedback, and ensure tasks are completed on time .
    • Develop and submit change requests as necessary.
    • Monitor and optimize Dell Azure HCI system performance.
    • Develop and update system O&M task documentation, e.g., security patching/system updates, planning and performing upgrades, troubleshooting, maintaining the security posture of Azure HCI systems, etc.
    • Provide written and verbal project updates to leadership, respond to, resolve, and document customer Azure HCI issues using the approved ticketing system (TBD).
    • Support development and sustainment of O&M processes and procedures (e.g., SOP) for Dell Azure HCI services.
    • Support development and implementation of disaster recovery, business continuity, and failover/cutover procedures.
    • Develop, update, and provide input on FS Azure HCI support tools and documentation
    Job Requirements


    • DoD 8140 System Administrator role certification (at least one of the following) - Security+ CE, Certified Network Defender (CND), Cloud +, GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), System Security Certified Practitioner(SSCP), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP)+ CE, Cisco Certified Network Professional-Security (CCNP-Security), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).

    Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Administrator Associate (Required)

    Dell Networking Foundations certification (Desired) Experience/Skills:

    • An active DoD Secret clearance
    • 5+ years overall IT experience.
    • 3+ years providing operations and administration support of enterprise IT systems and services.
    • Working experience of PowerShell.
    • Working experience with networking technologies (layer 2, layer 3)
    • Working experience with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
    • Working knowledge of Dell SmartFabric OS10.
    • Working knowledge of HCI technology (Azure Stack preferred)
    • Working knowledge of Virtual Desktops (Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop preferred).
    • Working knowledge of Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC)
    • Working knowledge with Microsoft Windows Admin Center (WAC).
    • Working knowledge of Dell OpenManage Integration with Microsoft WAC.
    • Strong communication skills capable of communicating technical concepts to audience with broad range of knowledge and experience.
    • Able to travel up to 25% in support of Navy operational requirements.
