About You:
We're seeking someone who:
- Has a charismatic personality with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Is passionate about helping people and exceeding expectations.
- Is well-organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls and talking to new people.
- Has exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Has sales experience in insurance (preferred but not required).
- Has customer service experience (a plus).
- Is bilingual in Spanish (a plus).
- Possesses a P&C or Personal Lines license – or is willing to obtain it within 30 days (we'll provide training and help you get licensed).
What You'll Do:
- Provide auto insurance quotes using Veronica's comparative rater.
- Offer and sell our unique menu of personal lines products using a consultative sales approach.
- Call prospective outbound leads and manage a pipeline of referrals and potential clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and close other lines of insurance.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to exceed individual, team, and company goals.
- Follow up daily with quoted customers to ensure their needs are met.
