We are seeking Structured Cabling Technicians in the Laredo, TX area You will install and configure data communication systems as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

*Project Length: approximately 1 month

*1099 Employee

• Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or other related fields
• Familiarity with telecommunications equipment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Pulling Cat 5/5e/6
• IDF/MDF Build Out

Overview of responsibilities:

• Pulling and routing Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a in new and existing commercial environments.
• Pulling cable, fire stopping, and termination including organizing, dressing, and labeling cables to industry standards.
• Installation of support structures such as ladders, racks, and J-hooks & complete closet build-outs.
• Able to work with multiple aspects of the cable installation process including ISP, rack, stack, patch, pathway construction, rough-in, routing, Telecommunication Room build-out, cable terminations, labeling, and grounding.
• Able to read blueprints
• Scissor Lift/Boom Lift experience

Must have reliable transportation. Must have a Clean Background.
