- Troubleshoot electrical circuits and related equipment, including lighting, panels, switchgear, control apparatus, transformers, and various commercial devices, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
- Apply knowledge of commercial and industrial environments to assess and address electrical service needs.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, and daily activity logs, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service activities.
- Submit daily time sheets, along with accompanying material records and documentation for the purchase order system.
- Collaborate effectively in a union environment, while also welcoming and supporting nonunion applicants in contributing to the team's success.

Owner Buzz Desjarlais, a U.S. Army veteran, has grown the company from humble roots where he had to use his own assets as collateral to a successful electrical and general contractor with a team of highly experienced field employees and managers. Our top managers and estimators individually have over 20 years of experience, while our entire team brings more than a hundred years of combined field and industry management experience.
