Qualifications Include:

• Experience: 1 year of hospital-based pharmacy experience after graduation in unit-dose distribution and IV additives and/or hospital residency required.
• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.

D.) Accredited by the ACPE

• Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Pharmacist in a United States of America jurisdiction.
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
