- Handling day-to-day accounting functions
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly investor reports, annual audits, budget reporting, and debt compliance
- Managing the capital call/distribution process and responding to ad hoc partner requests
- A solid foundation in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's degree required)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- A keen understanding of GAAP accounting/reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- CPA or CPA candidacy (a plus)
- Familiarity with Yardi and/or Intralinks (beneficial but not mandatory)
- Experience in investment accounting, private equity, or real estate (also a plus)
