In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work with a variety of sophisticated machinery including 3-5 axis mills, lathes with live tooling, and more.

Working hours are on a 1st shift starting at 7 AM with some overtime. Benefits include PTO, medical reimbursement, and 401k.

• Set up and operate 3 axis mills, dual turret lathes, and other machines as needed
• Perform 1st article inspection
• Troubleshoot problems with the machine or program
• Take initiative to ensure proper work execution and find ways to improve processes

• 1-5+ years experience setting up and operating 3 axis mills and/or lathes with live tooling
• Strong ability to program machines on MasterCAM is a plus
• Knowledge of conversational programming at the machine is a plus
• Knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controls
• Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, indicators, and the like)
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Strong desire to learn and grow with the company is a must
