- Holds valid TN License with School Counselor endorsement;
- Holds an advanced degree in school counseling from a regionally accredited college or university; OR
- Holds a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university
AND is enrolled in a State Board approved educator preparation program in school counseling with job embedded clinical practice; - Has completed all coursework required and recommended by the EPP; submitted all assessment scores.
- Holds an advanced degree in a counseling field;
- Is enrolled in a State Board approved educator preparation program in school counseling;
- Has completed a minimum of 24 hours of coursework in school counseling;
- Is recommended by approved EPP;
- Submits required supervision agreement between the school and approved EPP AND submits qualifying scores on all required assessments.
