    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Assist - Cart Attendant to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for ensuring our members have a positive shopping experience from start to finish.

    In this role, you will be the face of our club, providing exceptional customer service to our members by assisting them with their purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

    Your tasks will include:

    • Maintaining a clean and organized parking lot, including sweeping and cleaning up debris
    • Assisting members with loading and unloading their vehicles
    • Providing accurate information about products and services
    • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Resolving member complaints in a professional and courteous manner

    You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our members and employees, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

    • Competitive hourly wage range: $17.00 to $24.00
    • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
