- Project Manager: Under general supervision, the Assistant Project Manager participates with project management and CCS staff in the management of construction projects for state owned facilities.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of traveling statewide to construction sites in various stages of developmentCompetencies: Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills; excellent customer service, problem resolution, and organizational skills; ability to effectively interact with highly skilled professionals.
Must be capable of reading and interpreting contracts and construction drawings and have experience working with Microsoft Office Suites and Project Management/Scheduling Software.
Must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, commissions, proportions, and percentages; ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Project Manager:
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Construction Management or a related field from an accredited university, OR an Associate Degree or High School Diploma and five years of experience working in the Project Management Environment.
Project Manager:
Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited college and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in the construction field as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Quality Assurance Manager.
; OR Ten (10) years of experience in the construction field as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Quality Assurance Manager.SeniorProject Manager:
An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university, AND a minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, and/or Quality Assurance Manager.
