Project Engineer:
MCI's ideal candidate for being a project engineer would be someone who meets the following criteria:
Driven by their aspirations to grow in the industry through hands on experience.
Ability to be flexible with day to day tasks to meet project needs and support field staff accordingly.

Create their own workflow or be innovative in their tasks and how they are managed and complete with guidance as required.

Communicate on a daily basis of tasks to be completed and talk through strategies with reporting manager.
Willing to travel locally as project tasks require.

Skills pertaining to daily tasks:
MS suite proficient.
Bluebeam capabilities is a plus.
Professionalism in written communication.
Organization – both with task management and electronically.
