- Manage a mature, experience global Solutions Consulting team providing technical support to the sales effort.
- Full responsibility for hiring, development, mission, strategy and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement new strategies that improve sales close rates, speed and deal size.
- Provide exceptional people management and leadership to the team, monitoring team performance, and providing feedback, coaching and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to stay on top of industry and product changes and be connected on market strategies and tactics.
- Ensure efficient and effective resource allocation within the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and best practices.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Develop and manage team budget and business targets.
- 10+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical sales, or a similar role.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS solutions, and Life Sciences or regulated industries.
- Experience in sales methodologies, solution selling, and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Ability to operate a computer and communicate effectively through various channels.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and events.
