    The Multifamily Construction Superintendent in Denver is in charge of planning a construction project, ensuring that it is finished in a quality manner, on schedule, and within budget.

    They also develop and maintain a positive company reputation with the design-build construction team, the client, and the community. Our client is a commercial real estate development, construction and design firm with over 30 years in the industry. Their offices and projects span across the United States. The Denver location focuses on medium to large scale multifamily projects.
    The Site Superintendent - Multifamily Construction is responsible for:
    Run/manage project from start to finish
    Oversee full construction project on a daily bases
    Coordinate to resolve any problems with materials or methods.

    Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.

    Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
    A successful Site Superintendent - Multifamily Construction has the following skill set:
    ~ Construction-related course from a vocational or technical program
    ~7+ years experience with construction of large commercial and industrial buildings.
    ~ Construction management capabilities, with experience working with multiple trades in union and non-union environments.
    ~ Familiarity of the design/build process and ability to coordinate people and activities related to construction according to plan and design intent.
    ~ Must be willing to travel.
