As a Janitor with Kimco Facility Services, YOU play a crucial role in our success. We offer top-notch janitorial services to our commercial clients and rely on exceptional staff to deliver that. We have openings for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Kohl's 9404 State Road 16, Onalaska

Pay Rate:
$18 per hour

Days & Times:
- Sunday: 7 to 11am; 5pm to 8pm
- Monday: 5pm to 8pm
- Wednesday: 5pm to 8pm
- Friday: 5pm to 8pm
- Saturday: 5pm to 9pm

Total of 20 hours per week

Criminal History check and e-Verify are mandatory

What You'll Be Doing:

• Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, etc. Dispose of trash and replace trash bags
• Maintain cleanliness of floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Dust furniture, walls, etc., and clean windows
• Operate cleaning tools & supplies according to Kimco's standards, secure building doors for safety, etc.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Housekeeping, Janitorial services, Custodial, or commercial cleaning is highly advantageous
• Capable of bending, stooping, standing, walking, reaching, and climbing for extended periods
• Able to lift 30 lbs. continuously and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unaided
• Team player with a positive attitude
