- Proven experience as a Senior Splunk Administrator
- Expertise in gathering requirements, setting up data pipelines, configuring inputs, maintaining environment, and guiding junior team members
- Additional knowledge of Splunk ITSI is a plus
- Install, configure and maintain log management solutions and tools
- Design and develop resilient, cost-efficient, and scalable data pipelines and applications for data transformation
- Establish proactive monitoring solutions to identify failures in the pipeline components
- Conduct root cause analysis for issues across data pipelines and platforms
- Analyze trends and patterns in complex data sources
- Integrate new technologies with reporting solutions for enhanced performance
- Plan and implement robust computing environments using emerging technologies
- Develop automated solutions and identify process enhancements
- Ensure data integrity by monitoring and enhancing data sources
- Collaborate with various teams to assess current and future technological needs
- Enhance consumer experience through improved metric visibility in application performance
- Act as a subject matter expert in upholding search best practices and providing troubleshooting guidance
- Participate in on-call support rotations
