Insight Global is seeking a Manager, 3PL Logistics & Inventory to join the Supply Chain org of a leading healthcare client in New York.
Requirements
In this role, the successful candidate is reporting to the Director of Inventory. They will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities for multiple offsite warehouses, making inventory updates in Peoplesoft, cycle counting, maintaining multiple inventory trackers, resolving inventory discrepancies with cross-functional partners, monitoring and managing expiration dates, and managing capacity. This role will track all safety stock programs, including PPE items, and will report out on NYS requirements. They will also travel to multiple offsite warehouses on a regular basis, and will actively manage the inventory tracking for those sites. They will partner with OPI, Finance, Procurement, Sourcing, and Item Data teams to manage replenishment and new buy initiatives. The successful candidate must have a strong history of working cross-functionally, project management experience, and a history of working on overall continuous process improvement.
