- Engage in pursuits and campaigns for significant BC opportunities.
- Develop client relationship strategies in collaboration with business developers and project managers to enhance client satisfaction within the BC.
- Maintain high standards in project delivery, business development, client satisfaction, and collaboration.

- Monitor pursuit success rate and ROI on a client basis, taking necessary actions to drive business outcomes.
- Lead the growth of the BC by formulating and executing business development, pursuit, and sales strategies.

- Establish an effective Go/No Go Review process with business developers and ensure compliance.
- Foster collaboration with other BCPLs and leaders to enhance pursuit efforts across regions and business lines.
- Manage and optimize the opportunity Pipeline to drive business development plans and employee utilization rates.
- Enhance the local marketplace reputation through maintaining relationships and supporting Regional Leaders.
- Develop and maintain Stantec's Integrated Practice in the specified BC, including brand cohesion, client development, and market engagement.
- Be accountable for achieving organic growth targets in the BC.
- Lead significant BC project pursuits and provide written content as necessary.
- Achieve a minimum direct utilization target of 40% or as determined in collaboration with RBL.
- Actively engage in major projects in key roles and oversee risk management related to projects and pursuits.

As the Business Center Practice Leader (BCPL), you will report to the Regional Business Leader (RBL). Your role involves spearheading the pursuit and delivery of exceptional work for our clients.
Accountable for driving growth in the Business Centers and enhancing Stantec's market presence, while delivering innovative design solutions with exceptional quality that surpass client expectations.
Leadership roles are expected to have a maximum term of 5 years. At the end of the term, a review will be conducted for succession planning and company expansion.
