    Evolve provides top-notch therapy and recovery solutions for residential and outpatient programs tailored to teenagers. We specialize in assisting adolescents between 12 and 17 years old who are facing challenges related to mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral issues.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Offer oversight on the program both clinically and administratively
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team
    • Ensure the program's clinical approach aligns with Evolve's mission and values, focusing on behavior and skills
    • Collaborate with Human Resources for the management of staff recruitment, hiring, and training
    • Directly supervise all program staff to maintain quality, clinical excellence, and safety measures
    • Organize and conduct regular training sessions for staff in accordance with Evolve's guidelines
    • Lead various meetings with program staff to ensure effective communication and support
    • Maintain client medical records compliance and review clinical documentation
    • Manage program scheduling and adherence to set requirements
    • Coordinate client outings and activities for skills practice
    • Ensure staff adherence to safety protocols and clinical policies
    • Participate in clinical on-call rotation and provide support as needed
    • Engage in clinical debriefs and oversee program assessments for clients

    Qualifications:

    • California state license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
    • Valid California Driver's license
    • Clearance of background checks

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience working with teens
    • Background in behavioral healthcare setting

    Pay Range:

    • Annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $130,000
