- Assist with ZOOM Arbitration calls, ensuring smooth operations and technical functionality.
- Be comfortable and professional on camera, managing the virtual environment effectively.
- Utilize knowledge of ADR to facilitate and support dispute resolution processes.
- Coordinate with legal teams and arbitrators to schedule and manage arbitration sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to arbitration proceedings.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for participants during ZOOM calls.
- Must reside in the Los Angeles area.
- Proficiency with ZOOM and other virtual communication tools.
- Comfortable with on-camera participation and virtual meeting facilitation.
- Training or familiarity with ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience as a Paralegal or possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Hearing Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located in the Los Angeles area for potential occasional office visits if the role transitions to a permanent position.
