    Position: Medical Assistant (LPN, RN, MA, & CNA)

    Location: Honolulu, HI

    Pay:

    • CNA: Starting at $18/hr (Depending on license)
    • LPN: Starting at $28/hr (Depending on experience)
    • RN: Starting at $40/hr (Depending on experience)

    Experience: One (1) year of related medical experience

    Education: Depending on the specialty

    Type: Full-time; Contract

    Schedule: Flexible Scheduling, Day, Evening, and Night Shifts available

    Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking Medical Assistants (LPN, RN, MA, & CNA) to join a growing and dynamic team

    Job Description:

    • Participate in the selection of licensed and non-licensed staff
    • Assist with trainings and help manage staff performance
    • Contribute to a culture of excellence in service, compliance, and care
    • Responsible for assessment and monitoring of resident conditions
    • Handle regular resident chart audits
    • Represent the Department of Nursing in meetings and conferences
    • Conduct regular and effective nursing rounds
    • Effectively follows up on any issues that arise and communicates with nursing staff
    • Other duties as assigned

    Position Requirements:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Effective written and verbal communication
    • Maintain focus while effectively attending to multiple tasks
    • Detail-oriented- effectively identifies critical issues, and areas of focus for self and others
    • Provide a pleasant and welcoming demeanor with visitors and staff
