    Job Overview

    BryceTech LLC is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing scientific programmatic and technical expertise to support the execution of multiple research and development programs.

    About the Role

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with experience facilitating collaboration across multiple workstreams and agencies. You will be responsible for developing program plans, strategies, and budgets, as well as managing program portfolios and providing oversight on projects and product development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage program plans, financial tools, and budgets to ensure effective program execution.
    • Analyze and evaluate programs, proposals, and plans to identify risks, mitigation strategies, and potential areas of improvement.
    • Coordinate and integrate amongst government directors, stakeholders, interagency partners, and user communities to identify opportunities and transition selected programs.
    • Assist in leading technical discussions with government and industry regarding program concepts, funded projects, strategies, and transition concepts.
    • Identify, evaluate, and accelerate innovative projects to advance BARDA initiatives.
    • Develop and manage program metrics and milestones, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.
    • Collaborate with government directors and stakeholders to design, procure, and execute programs that meet mission and program goals.

    Requirements

    • Master's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Public Administration, or Contracting/Acquisition, or equivalent experience.
    • Possess 10+ years of industry experience, with demonstrated expertise in project management tools, information management, and content management strategies.
    • Relevant experience in project management supporting medical countermeasures initiatives, including cost, schedule, performance, risk analysis, and advice.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications, with working knowledge of Power BI and remote/virtual meeting environments.

    Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
