- Provide leadership and strategic direction for test method and instrument/software validation and partner in overall test method lifecycle management. Serve as Quality System Owner for Test Method Validation.
- Work closely with all regions' Technical, Engineering, Quality, Research & Development and site functions in order to ensure changed or new instrument/test methods are implemented in compliance with AN, Corporate and GLP/GMP requirements, and in a timely manner to ensure AN business goals are met.
- Provide guidance on defining the test method validation & verification strategy, including instrument and software considerations, risk management mitigations, verification and validation plans, protocols, and reports.
- Develops structure and metrics required to monitor the progress, adherence, and compliance. Escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide test method and instrument/software validation training and consultation services on validation policies and practices. Support audits and associated CAPA remediation.
- Provide guidance on resolving deviations associated with verification and validation activities.
- Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan. Free coverage applies in the next calendar year.
